The line between arts and practical skills is a thin one. The arts are a way to make work more enjoyable, celebrate our cultures and share
our experiences so that others may remember.
For NCSC, the arts a crucial aspect of making life more sustainable. We can't imagine a quality
life without music, story, visual and fiber arts. May crafts become art and many craftsmen are just as much artisans.

We invite those who are accomplished in an artistic medium to use our facilities and share their knowledge with others.
We also invite audience members to venture into further exploration.
